Production & Shipping
All products are made-to-order, which means each piece is custom-printed for you when you order. Please allow:
- Production time: 2–5 business days
- US shipping: 3–7 business days after production
- You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships
Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is custom-made, we don't offer returns on standard orders unless there's a quality issue or printing defect.
If your item arrives damaged or has a printing error, please email customerservice@delenesdesigns.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right.
