When will my order arrive?

Production takes 2–5 business days, plus 3–7 business days for US shipping. You'll get a tracking number once it ships.

Is my Kindle, laptop, or device compatible?

Check the variant dropdown on each product for compatible device models. If you're not sure, email customerservice@delenesdesigns.com with your device model and we'll point you to the right product.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not yet — but every order is packaged with care. Gift options are on our roadmap.

Can I customize a design?

We don't currently offer custom designs, but we add new patterns regularly. If you have an idea you'd love to see, send us a note.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently shipping within the US. International is on our roadmap.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or refund — your call.
