Thank you for shopping at Delene's Designs! Every case is made just for you, so please read below to understand how orders are processed and shipped.


Processing Time

Because your order is made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for production before your item ships. During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), production may take up to 7 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.


Shipping Times

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

United States
Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)

Canada & United Kingdom
Standard International: 10–18 business days

All Other Countries
Standard International: 14–21 business days

Please note that international delivery times can vary depending on local customs processing.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders — see checkout for current thresholds.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are outside of our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate before placing your order.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows your package has not moved in 10+ business days (domestic) or 25+ business days (international), please reach out to us at customerservice@delenesdesigns.com and we'll do our best to help resolve the situation.

Please note that once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Delene's Designs is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at customerservice@delenesdesigns.com and we'll do our best to update it before production begins.
